Refund Policy

Made to order

Every item we sell is made to order specifically for you after your order is placed. Because production begins shortly after checkout, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar, once production has started.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at sales@yssdtf.com or 403-795-7266 ext 1. Once the 24-hour window has passed, or once production has started (whichever comes first), your order can no longer be cancelled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is separate from the cancellation window above — we stand behind the quality of every item regardless of when it arrives.

Exchanges

Because each item is made specifically for you, we're unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or option, please contact us at sales@yssdtf.com before placing a new order and we'll be happy to help you choose correctly.

Refunds

If your cancellation is accepted within the 24-hour window above, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If a refund is owed due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item under "Damages and issues" above, the same 10-business-day timeline applies once approved.
